All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns
You may exchange or return your purchase for a refund within 14 days. After your return has been processed, you will be refunded with the payment method you used to place your order.

Price Match is for personal use only. We reserve the right to restrict our Price Promise on each item to one per customer. Price Match products must be identical (i.e. same name, model, colour and finish), not damaged, not pre-owned and sold directly through an authorised stockist in the UK in £GBP.

You must provide evidence (i.e. a photograph, a catalogue image or an online link) of the product and price in the other store. The item in question must be in stock and available for purchase with the competing stockist, able to complete delivery within 2-3 days of transaction.
